కరోనా మహమ్మారిపై పోరాటానికి కేంద్రం ప్రభుత్వం “ఆరోగ్య సేతు” యాప్‌ను తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఈ యాప్‌కు ప్రజల నుంచి మంచి స్పందన వస్తోందని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. యాప్ లాంచ్ చేసిన 13 రోజుల్లోనే 5 కోట్లకుపైగా డౌన్‌లోడ్స్‌తో రికార్డు సాధించింది. వల్డ్ వైడ్‌గా ఈ ఫీట్ సాధించిన ఫాస్టెస్ట్ ఎవర్ యాప్ ఇదే అని నీతి ఆయోగ్ CEO అమితాబ్ కాంత్ ప్రకటించారు. ఈ యాప్‌లో మరో రెండు ఫీచర్లను కేంద్రం చేర్చింది. ఒకటి ఈ-పాస్, రెండోది కొవిడ్-19 అప్‌డేట్స్.
కరోనా సోకిన వారి కదలికలను అబ్జర్వ్ చేసేందుకు, కాంటాక్ట్ ట్రేసింగ్ కోసం కేంద్రం ఏప్రిల్ 2న ఈ యాప్‌ను ప్రారంభించింది. “ఆరోగ్య సేతు” ద్వారా చుట్టుపక్కల ఉన్న కరోనా రోగుల గురించి కూడా తెలుసుకోవచ్చు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఈ యాప్‌ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలని ప్రధాని మోడీ కూడా దేశ ప్రజలనుద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించిన సమయంలో పిలుపునిచ్చారు. దీంతో డౌన్‌లోడ్స్ ఒక్కసారిగా పెరిగాయి.
