ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో మూడు రాజధానులని ముఖ్యమంత్రి జగన్‌మోహన్ రెడ్డి సంచలన ప్రకటన చేశారు. వారంలో కమిటీ రిపోర్ట్ వస్తుందని.. ఆ తరువాత నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటామని అసెంబ్లీ వేదికగా కీలక ప్రకటన చేశారు. అమరావతి (వెలగపూడి) లెజిస్లెటీవ్ క్యాపిటల్.. కర్నూలు జ్యుడిషీయల్ క్యాపిటల్.. విశాఖపట్నం (వైజాగ్) ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ క్యాపిటల్ కాబోతుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
అధికారంలోకి రాకముందు నుంచి రాజధాని అమరావతి విషయంలో ఇన్‌సైడర్ ట్రేడింగ్ జరిగిందని వైసీపీ ఆరోపిస్తుంది. అప్పటి సీఎం చంద్రబాబు తనకు సంబంధించిన వారికి భూములు కట్టబెట్టి.. ఆ తరువాత అమరాతి రాజధాని అని ప్రకటించారనేది వైసీపీ మొదటి నుంచి చెప్తున్న మాట. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో కూడా వైసీపీ అధికారంలోకి వస్తే రాజధాని తరలిపోతుందని టీడీపీ నేతలు అనుమానాలు వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అనుమానాలకు తగ్గట్టుగానే అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక అమరావతిపై పక్కా ప్లాన్ ప్రకారం వైసీపీ పావులు కదిపింది. సీనియర్ మంత్రి బొత్స రాజధాని అంశంలో ఎప్పటికప్పుడు తనదైన శైలిలో వ్యాఖ్యలు చేస్తూ టీడీపీని డిఫెన్స్‌లో పడేస్తూ వచ్చారు.
గత వారం రోజులుగా పలువురు వైసీపీ నేతలు రాజధాని అంశంపై ప్రధానంగా ఫోకస్ పెట్టారు. అందుకు అనుగుణంగా ప్రకటన చేస్తూ వచ్చారు. కమిటీ నివేదిక తరువాతే ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. అసెంబ్లీలో దీనిపై చర్చిస్తామని కూడా చెప్పారు. చెప్పినట్టుగానే అసెంబ్లీ శీతాకాల సమావేశాల చివరి రోజున రాజధానిపై చర్చించారు. ఇన్‌సైడర్ ట్రేడింగ్, చంద్రబాబు అమరావతి విషయంలో అనుసరించిన వైఖరిపై వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, మంత్రులు తీవ్రంగా మండిపడ్డారు.
చివరకు రాజధానిపై అసెంబ్లీలో సీఎం జగన్ మాట్లాడారు. సౌతాఫ్రికా దేశంలో మూడు రాజధానులు ఉన్నాయని.. అలాగే మనం కూడా మారాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని చెప్పారు. ఆంధ్ర రాష్ట్రానికి మూడు రాజధానులు రావాల్సిన పరిస్థితి కనిపిస్తోందన్నారు. మరి జగన్ చెప్పినట్టుగానే మూడు రాజధానులు చేస్తారా.. లేక ముందస్తు వ్యూహంతో ఈ ప్రకటన చేశారా అన్నది ఆసక్తి రేపుతోంది.
