గద్దర్ 73 ఏళ్ల వయసులో ఉద్యోగానికి అప్లై చేయడమేంటి.. ఇప్పుడు ఆయనకు అంత అవసరం ఏం వచ్చింది. అది కూడా గవర్నర్‌మెంట్‌కు సపోర్ట్గా పాటలు పాడే ఉద్యోగానికి దరఖాస్తు చేయడం ఏంటి. ప్రభుత్వాలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ధిక్కార ధోరణి వినిపించిన ప్రజాగాయకుడు.. ఇప్పుడు గజ్జె కట్టి కేసీఆర్‌కు సపోర్ట్గా గళం విప్పుతాడా? ఇవే ప్రశ్నలు ఇప్పుడు అటు రాజకీయ నాయకుల్లో ఇటు తెలంగాణ ప్రజల్లో వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి.
గద్దర్ అనగానే గుర్తొచ్చేది పాటలు, పోరాటాలు. అలాంటి ప్రజాయుద్ధ నౌక గద్దర్‌పై వచ్చిన ఓ వార్త అందరిని ఆశ్చర్యంలోకి నెట్టింది. సీఎం కేసీఆర్ కూడా ఇలాంటి వార్తను ఊహించి ఉండరు. ‘నేను కళాకారుణ్ని. పాటలు పాడుతా. నాకో ఉద్యోగమివ్వండి’ అని తెలంగాణ సాంస్కృతిక సారథికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారు గద్దర్. తన వద్ద సర్టిఫికెట్లు లేవని.. తనకు ఉద్యోగం ఇవ్వాలని సాంస్కృతిక సారథి నియామక కమిటీ సభ్యుడు శివ కుమార్‌ను కలిసి అప్లికేషన్ అందజేశారు. తన వృత్తి పాడటమే అని .. అందుకే దరఖాస్తు చేసినట్లు గద్దర్ చెప్పారు. ఇదే ఇప్పుడు చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది.
2018 తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల సమయంలో గద్దర్ తొలిసారి ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించుకున్నారు. పార్లమెంటరీ రాజకీయాలను వ్యతిరేకించే నక్సలైట్ పార్టీ నుంచి వచ్చిన గద్దర్ 70 ఏళ్ల రాజకీయ జీవితంలో అంతకు ముందు ఎన్నడూ ఓటు వేసింది లేదు. ఆ ఎన్నికల్లోనే కేసీఆర్‌పై గజ్వేల్‌లో పోటీ దిగుతానని కూడా ప్రకటించారు కానీ తరువాత అది కార్యరూపం దాల్చలేదు.
‘నీ టర్మయిపోయింది దొరా.. ఫాంహౌజ్ లో పండుకో… పరమాత్మను తలచుకో..’ అని పాట పాడిన గద్దర్ .. కేసీఆర్‌కు సపోర్ట్గా నిలిస్తే ఈ తరం ఆహ్వానిస్తుందా.. అసలు ఆ పరిణామాన్ని ఆయన అభిమానులు జీర్ణించుకుంటారా అనేదానికి కాలమే సమాధానం చెప్పాలి.
