తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా నిర్మిస్తున్న డబుల్ బెడ్ రూం ఇళ్లను అర్హులైన పేదలకు మాత్రమే ఇవ్వాలని మంత్రి హరీష్ రావు అధికారులకు స్పష్టం చేశారు. పొరపాటున తాను చెప్పినా అనర్హులకు ఇవ్వొద్దని సూచించారు.
“ఎవరైనా దరఖాస్తుతో నన్ను కలిస్తే .. నేను సంతకం చేసి పంపినా మీరు మాత్రం నిజమైన పేద కుటుంబాలకు మాత్రమే ఇవ్వాలి. రాష్ట్రమంతటా ఇదే విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశారు జారీ చేశారు. ఈ విషయంలో ఎవరు రాజీపడినా ఉద్యోగాలు పోవడం ఖాయం” అని మంత్రి హెచ్చరించారు. ఈ విషయంలో ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు అధికారులను తప్పుదోవపట్టిస్తే చర్యలు తప్పవన్నారు. మెదక్ జిల్లా తుఫ్రాన్‌లో పర్యటించిన సందర్భంగా మంత్రి హరీష్ రావు అధికారులకు ఈ సూచనలు చేశారు.
