తెలంగాణ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్‌కు నేషనల్ గ్రీన్ ట్రిబ్యూనల్ (NGT) నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. GO 111ను ఉల్లంఘిస్తూ ఫామ్ హౌజ్ నిర్మించారంటూ ఇటీవల ఆరోపణలు చేసిన కాంగ్రెస్ ఎంపీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి.. NGTలో ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో విచారణ జరిపిన గ్రీన్ ట్రిబ్యునల్.. కేటీఆర్‌తో పాటు, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం, పీసీబీ, హెచ్ఎండిఏకు నోటీసులు ఇచ్చింది.
అంతేగాక ఓ నిజనిర్ధారణ కమిటీని కూడా నియమించింది. ఈ కమిటీలో సభ్యులుగా సెంట్రల్ ఎన్విరాన్మెంట్ రిజిస్ట్రీ ప్రాంతీయ కార్యాలయం, తెలంగాణ PCB, GHMC, వాటర్ వర్క్స్, HMDA, రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌ను చేర్చింది. 2 నెలల్లో నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.
మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ జన్వాడ ఫామ్ హౌస్ ముట్టడి కేసులో కాంగ్రెస్ ఎంపీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని గతంలో పోలీసులు అరెస్టు చేశారు. ఆయనతో పాటు అక్కడికి వెళ్లిన మాజీ ఎంపీ కొండా విశ్వేశ్వర రెడ్డిని కూడా అప్పట్లో పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. గండిపేట చెరువుకు వెళ్లే దారిలో కేటీఆర్ విలాసవంతమైన ఫామ్ హౌస్ కట్టుకున్నారని ఎంపీ రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆరోపించారు. ఈ ప్రాంతం 111 జీవో పరిధిలోకి వస్తుందని, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలను అతిక్రమించి 25 ఎకరాల స్థలంలో ఈ నిర్మాణం చేపట్టారని రేవంత్ విమర్శించారు.
